We offer a very supportive yet challenging individual coaching
service.
We specialise particularly in offering
- executive coaching to senior managers. A unique feature
of this service is the use of the 16PF, one of the world’s
leading personality instruments, to facilitate increasing
self-understanding.
- coaching for lesson observers to enhance observation
and feedback skills
Conflict Resolution and Mediation
We can:
- work with dysfunctional teams to promote better and more
productive working relationships
- mediate in disputes
Chris is one of the very few educationalists trained by and
registered with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution,
Europe’s leading conflict resolution body.
Consultancy
We provide consultancy on all aspects of quality improvement.
Psychometric
Testing
We offer a psychometric testing service both for selection
of staff and for individual and team development.
For selection we use ability instruments appropriate to the
post you are recruiting for together with the 16PF personality
questionnaire.
For development we use the 16PF, the FIRO (B&F); or the
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (including Step 2), the Strong
Interest Inventory or the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
We are registered as occupational testers with the British
Psychological Society.
Research
We carry out institutional research including the administration
of in-house surveys and interviews and the facilitation of
focus groups.
Training
We are always willing to design bespoke training in our areas
of skill and interest, but, for your guidance, the menu bar
will take you to some of the most popular training courses
