We offer a psychometric testing service both
for selection of staff and for individual and team development.
For selection we use ability instruments appropriate to the
post you are recruiting for together with the 16PF personality
questionnaire.
For development we use the 16PF, the FIRO (B&F); or the
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (including Step 2), the Strong
Interest Inventory or the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and the 360° instruments Benchmarks and Skillscope.
We are registered as occupational testers with the British
Psychological Society.
