For managers who have already had an introduction to mediation,
this programme gives an opportunity for the further development
of skilful practice.
Dealing with Conflict More Effectively
(1 day)
This programme is for those who wish to be more effective
in dealing with conflict. Greater self-knowledge is provided
by feedback from the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
This is followed by skill development to provide greater confidence
and competence in working with conflict situations.
Dealing with Difficult People (1
day)
An intensive day of skill development aimed at equipping participants
with proven techniques for working with those whose behaviour
they find challenging.
Negotiation Skills (2 days)
Based upon the findings of the world-renowned Harvard Negotiation
Project, this programme of training in principles and skills
is for managers at any level and will enable participants
to better achieve what they want without generating destructive
conflict.
Resolving Conflicts at Work (1 or
2 days)
An introduction to conflict management skills, this programme
aims to provide managers with the basic skills necessary for
successfully resolving conflicts at work. The 2 day workshop
provides more opportunity for skills practice and feedback
but the one day workshop will provide participants with a
basic toolkit.
